Doug Mitchell

Doug Mitchell is an entrepreneur and business-development executive specializing in energy infrastructure, data center development, government relations, workforce technology, and strategic partnerships.

He is the founder and CEO of ScholarPath, founder of Gateway City Consulting and Gateway City Energy, Vice President of Business Development at Curtis Stout Power, and a member of the ProntoBlock Advisory Board.

With more than 25 years of construction and business-development experience, Doug works with developers, utilities, government leaders, investors, and community partners to advance complex projects from opportunity identification through approvals, infrastructure planning, and execution.

Chris Honstain

Chris Honstain is a senior executive and entrepreneur with deep expertise in industrial real estate development, supply chain management, and manufacturing within capital-intensive industries.

He has led large-scale operations, development programs, and growth initiatives for publicly traded and private equity-backed businesses. As a founder and executive, Chris has built and scaled ventures across multiple industries, combining disciplined operational execution with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Chris Tumey

Chris Tumey is an accomplished energy and infrastructure executive with extensive experience developing and delivering large-scale power projects. As CEO of Curtis Stout Power, he has helped lead teams responsible for more than 49,000 MW of generation and energy infrastructure projects.

His expertise includes project development, engineering, construction, power generation, utility coordination, commissioning, operations, and the execution of complex energy solutions for data centers, industrial facilities, utilities, and public-sector clients.

Chris and his teams have delivered or supported projects for organizations including American Electric Power, Duke Energy, Southern Company, Exelon, NRG, FirstEnergy, OG&E, Calpine, PSE&G, Covanta, and other major energy and industrial companies.

Dr. Tom Muzzey

Dr. Tom Muzzey is an education, workforce, and business executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience. He previously served as superintendent of the Orchard Farm and Warren County school districts, where he expanded engineering, biomedical, computer science, early-college, and career-readiness programs while securing significant funding for new educational facilities.

Dr. Muzzey is also a co-founder, partner, and board member of BeLeaf Medical and has owned and operated businesses in concrete construction, multifamily development, land development, and agriculture. He brings this combined experience to infrastructure development, workforce planning, financing, and public-private partnerships.

Julio Reyes

Julio Reyes is a veteran energy executive with more than 47 years of experience in the electric utility industry. During his career with American Electric Power, he served as AEP’s state president in both Texas and Oklahoma and later as Vice President of External Affairs for AEP Texas.

His leadership experience includes legislative and governmental affairs, public policy, regulatory and community relations, customer engagement, and economic development.

Bill Mitchell is a nationally recognized workforce-development executive, entrepreneur, and equity advocate with more than 25 years of experience across education, nonprofit leadership, government affairs, technology, and justice-involved reentry. He serves as Executive Director and CFO of Access Point and is the founder of Chiron Consulting and a co-founder of ScholarPath and the Reentry Project. Bill has developed workforce and apprenticeship programs with major corporate partners and advises organizations on growth strategy, government relations, grants, financial modeling, and sustainable career pathways for underserved communities.

Charlie Wilkinson is a veteran of federal policy and congressional affairs, with experience spanning multiple administrations and key congressional committees. His Washington network and understanding of the federal appropriations process give GCC clients direct insight into funding opportunities, regulatory developments, and legislative strategy at the federal level.

Brandon Edenfield specializes in energy project development and land transactions across the South and Midwest. His background in real estate, utility coordination, and project financing makes him a critical partner for GCE's land development and behind-the-meter power work. Brandon manages relationships with landowners, utilities, and developers across multiple state markets.

John R. Anderson Jr. provides legal and regulatory counsel to GCC clients navigating complex state and federal compliance environments. A seasoned attorney with experience in energy law, government contracting, and administrative proceedings, John anchors GCC's ability to operate at the intersection of policy and legal risk — translating regulatory complexity into actionable strategy.

Dr. Patrick Fine holds a Doctor of Education degree and brings more than 32 years of experience in education, including classroom teaching and senior-level administration.

He currently serves as CEO of CareerStart AI, where he leads the development and implementation of technology designed to connect students and young adults with education, workforce, military, and career pathways.

Dr. Fine combines extensive educational leadership experience with technology, workforce development, sustainability, and operational strategy. Through CareerStart AI, he is focused on helping schools, communities, employers, and government partners prepare individuals for meaningful education and career opportunities.

Mr. Homich is the co-founder of Amforic Solutions and a seasoned energy finance executive with experience supporting large electricity customers and utilities. Since 2007, he has helped structure and advise on more than $20 billion in renewable and distributed energy project financings, including landmark solar, wind, and energy storage transactions. His career spans senior leadership roles across energy, technology, and financial services, with a focus on scaling innovative power solutions.

Ben Mitten is the Founder and CEO of Nuclei Data, bringing 25 years of experience designing and delivering complex data-center environments. His expertise includes site assessment, power infrastructure, advanced cooling, modular development, construction management, and high-density AI data-center solutions. Ben works with Gateway City Consulting as a strategic engineering partner supporting large-scale data-center projects from diligence through development and operations.
